This course provides students with practical knowledge in order to develop the students' listening skill. It is given on the 1st semester and the materials consist of some listening practices, common expressions in English, and also forms, meanings, and usage of basic structure of English grammar. Mostly the activities in this course are conducted by listening to recordings as well as the other activities in pair work or within a group.
These teaching and learning processes aims to improve students’ knowledge of English skill in listening and to enhance students advanced vocabulary.
