The aim of the English Reading 3 course is to develop students’ reading speed and comprehension. It is focused on understanding various texts, especially texts for TV/Radio Broadcasting and Translation. The materials consist of some strategies of comprehending reading texts. The texts are focuses on TV/Radio Broadcasting and materials of text for translation. The presentation are accompanied by oral and written exercises of many types of texts.Students will work on building their reading fluency which is a combination of reading comprehension and reading speed. Students will use weekly reading materials as well as assignments to practice key reading strategies. The exercises range from simple texts to complicated or long texts.
